Quality Policy
The company's Management has developed its Quality Policy based on the management of its products and the provision of high-level services using effective ways of fulfilling the obligations it undertakes towards its customers, so that it is always competitive.
Dichem Chemicals S.A. through the Quality Policy is committed to:
- In the marketing and management of high-end products
- In the delivery of orders at the desired time and with full coverage of the demands of its customers
- In taking the necessary measures to comply with the legal requirements of both the traded products and those related to the safety of employees and in general to the operation of the company
- At the disposal of all necessary resources both for the provision of service and for safeguarding the excellence of customer-owned products
- In covering all confidentiality issues relating to any client intellectual or commercial property
- In full coverage of all the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard
- In the development of conditions of mutual trust and cooperation with its suppliers
- In the continuous monitoring of the developments of its sector and its harmonization with them
- In the effectively dealing with and satisfying the existing and projected needs of education, training and specialization of the company's employees
- At the disposal of the necessary resources to maintain and improve the effectiveness of the company's Quality Management System
- In the ability to collect operation and performance results in order to define Quality objectives, the achievement of which is reviewed at regular intervals
The tool through which the company implements, controls and adjusts, whenever required, its Quality Policy is the Quality Management System it has developed and implements. The validity and recognition of the Management System is achieved through its certification by an Independent Certification Body according to the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
For the implementation of the Quality Policy, Dichem Chemicals S.A. considers it necessary the active participation of employees in the observance, development and documentation of all the processes foreseen by the Quality Management System. All employees in the company contribute to the effective implementation of the Quality System as well as to its improvement.
The quality policy is communicated to all staff as well as external interest parts through posting on the company website.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is essentially a concept whereby companies decide voluntarily to contribute to a better society and a cleaner environment. This responsibility is expressed towards employees and more generally towards all the stakeholders affected by business and which in turn can influence its success.

Therefore humans should mainly have interest on issues related to society and enviroment.
Words and concepts such as sustainability, responsibility, rights, life and the future, were the reason of starting manifestations and actions in order to defend them.
Consequently, this has led many companies to establish relevant policies in order to change their behaviour and their action for environment protection , being part of their daily business life.
DICHEM CHEMICALS SA has beeen particularly aware of CSR issues since its inception, which resulted in a responsible and ethical manner of operation. It primarily invests in human resources as well as health and safety, aiming at creating a positive, productive and safe work environment.
Additionally, in cooperation with the world's largest manufacturers of chemical raw and packaging materials, it looks forward and aims to the import, distribution and finaly at the use of environmentally friendly products. In parallel, our company is always ready to collaborate with related initiatives and purposes.
DICHEM CHEMICALS S.A, strongly supports and promotes in the market, chemical raw materials based on biotechnology, as well as packaging materials from sustainable sources of plastic raw materials, such as sugarcane, corn, etc.
Our firm during the last 10 years has active participation in donations and sponsorships to associations which they support disabled and orphans, to rehabilitation units, and also to the Action Aid, to the Doctors Without Borders, etc.

Factors, such us deforestation, global warming, melting ice, daily impacts on the earth, etc., are just some of them that have a destructive effect on the planet.
The non-profit foundation Trees For All, through the United Packaging Forest initiative, has achieved amazing results in the last 2 years, as, more than 1000 partners internationally, we have contributed to the planting of 6.8 million trees, the maintenance of 64 forests and we keep taking action on a daily basis.
DICHEM CHEMICALS SA is a platinum member since 2021.
EcoVadis
DICHEM CHEMICALS S.A., with its participation in the EcoVadis evaluation platform, immediately responded to a customer request, providing by this way its responsible attitude for entrepreneurship matters.
EcoVadis, awarded DICHEM CHEMICALS S.A. the silver award, for the policies and corporate practices that the company implements for sustainable development. The award reflects the overall way that the company operates, ensuring environmental protection.
The purpose of the specific evaluation is visibility and trust among existing customers to be improved, as well as, the social, environmental and financial performance of the company.
The evaluation is based on 7 management indicators: policies, commitments, measures, certifications, coverage, monitoring of existing and new data, by using 21 criteria related to environment, labor practices and human rights, good business practices and sustainable procurement. These criteria follow the international standards of Corporate Social Responsibility.
The EcoVadis organization covers 198 supplier categories in 160 countries and has more than 150 experienced CSR analysts and assessment questionnaire conforms to the business activity, location and size of every company.

Their vision and mission is that they want to see a thriving economy that works for people and the planet in the long term.
The challenge is the need to act urgently to prevent dangerous climate change and environmental damage. That starts by being aware of our impact so that investors, companies, cities and governments can make the right choices now.
DICHEM CHEMICALS S.A. having environmental concerns, decided to participate in this organization, by completing the relevant to the supply chain questionnaire, so that, with the parallel motivation given by the independent scoring methodology, the company's progress and contribution to climate change can be recorded annually.
